Double Profiling Silos

The double profiling steel silos, based on the principle of cold pressing and bending, fold and bite the double-sided hot-dip galvanized coil plates through special equipment. They form an encircling spiral protruding strip around the outer side of the silo wall, with a width of 30-40mm and five times the thickness of the base material. The reinforcement bars are evenly welded inside the silo, providing radial and circumferential support and enhancing the load-bearing capacity of the silo. This silo type has better sealing performance and faster construction speed.

Good Gas-Tightness and Usages

As manufactured with special equipments，gas-tightness of the silos is excellent. The silos can store granular，powder and liquid materials，and meet the requirements of fumigation and pest etc. They are maturely used in building material，grain，waste water treatment etc. industrial fields.

Short Construction Period and Low Expenses

On-site construction, silo roof installation on the ground, specialized construction equipment profiling with a folding speed of up to 300m/h. Therefore, the construction period is extremely short, with a quick return on investment and fast production commencement.

Economizing On Space and Light Weight

The height and diameter is optional with a wide range. The minimum distance between two silos is 500mm and less space is used. The weight of the silo is only 1/6 times of the concrete silo with the same capacity.

High Intensity and Long Life

Around the silo body there is a spiral protruding strip (5 times the thickness of the material) that strengthens the silo in load-bearing capacity, steadiness and antiseismic. Highly anti-corrosion material ensures longer silo life. The normal life is 20-35 years.
